Parade Show and Baseball Game

This year was the first time that I took my boys to see the 24th of July parade floats at the Convention Center.  The crowds actually weren't too bad, and it didn't take that long to see all the floats.  I'm not big into parades, so this was a fun way to see the floats without having to wait for a parade.  One stake had made a moving turtle that the boys liked to follow around after they worked up their courage.  Our stake had a fun animal Mormom Tabernacle Choir float, but I failed to take a picture of it.

We also managed to squeeze in one Bees baseball game this year.  We took Tanner and Ethan and they had a fun time.  Ethan loves watching the game and Tanner loves checking out the various snack options.  He's getting better at sitting through the games.  We lucked out and the night we went was kids eat free night so Tanner got to enjoy a hot dog and a soda at no cost to us.

It was also a great night to go because the Bees won the game!  The games are a lot of fun and Ethan likes sitting by my dad so that he can understand all the action.  It was a really fun way to spend a summer night.
