The First Half of June

Brian had a few days of time off from work and so we enjoyed a few activities as a family.  We headed to Planet Play where Bradon could enjoy bowling and mini-golf and the older boys could do laser tag and bumper cars.

Anders enjoyed sleeping and looking at all of the amazing lights.
I showed Ethan the Deal or No Deal game where you play for points and he was hooked.  His first game he was a big winner, but he didn't have such great luck on the second go around.
On another beautiful summer day (finally) we headed to the zoo with Brian's mom and Patra.  The boys enjoyed the animated dinosaurs that the zoo has on display this year

Anders was a good boy and patiently strolled around the zoo.

Bradon was completely delighted by the carousel.
Ethan was a bit put out that we thought he would want to ride.  Is he really too big for the carousel?
Tanner loved the carousel as usual.  It's just his speed.
Bradon takes after his handsome daddy.

The train ride was a hit.

We also headed up the cabin for the weekend.  Since Bri didn't have to work we got up there Friday afternoon and Ethan practiced his tae kwon do moves with Brian.

I don't have pictures of the rest of the weekend but it was a lot of fun.  My mom and dad came up a bit early too and we had a nice dinner at a pizza place in Midway.  Saturday morning my mom, Susie and I went to a few garage sales and I picked up some nice books and a magnetic chess set that was a hit with the boys.  We stayed the rest of the day at the cabin and came home that evening.  Ethan started back at school the following Monday.
