Floating

Tanner and Ethan both like to "float" in the bathtub. Ever since Ethan took swimming lessons this summer they've both liked to practice this skill. Ethan learned it by doing it, and Tanner learned it through observation. They also like to blow bubbles in the water. You can find them "floating" almost any night when they're in the bathtub.

I think my boys are going to be very dissapointed when my cousin Brandon's swimming pool closes on Labor Day. Brandon and Jenn have been really good about letting us come over for a swim and my boys love it. Ethan likes to pretend that there are sharks in the water, and Tanner likes to climb out of the pool and jump in. And he also likes to get in and out of the pool to warm up in a towel, each time soaking Grandma Marlene. She gets so wet we think she may as well get in the water!
